Edward Feldman is the Chairman Emeritus of Feldman Equities, Inc.
Feldman Equities was formed in 1985 by Larry Feldman and his father Ed Feldman and traces its roots to a continuing family-owned real estate company founded by Ed Feldman’s father, HJ Feldman, in 1920.
Edward Feldman is a civil engineer with a vast background in major construction and real estate. During the 1950s, the Feldman family was listed as one of the nation’s top ten general contractors. The Feldman family constructed projects all over the world including hospitals, Nike missile bases, municipal sewage treatment facilities and nuclear laboratories. In the early 1960s, Mr. Feldman’s company was general contractor for the construction of the original main terminal buildings at Chicago’s O’Hare airport. During his 50 year career in real estate and construction, Ed Feldman has been directly involved in the construction and/or acquisition or development of billions of dollars worth of real estate.
